By installing, accessing, or using the PixDesign plugin or this website, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your license key and Figma account secure, and for all activity that occurs under them. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support@pixdesign.space promptly.
After purchasing Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share, crack, decompile, reverse engineer, or circumvent the license controls of the plugin.
All payments are processed by our payment partner Creem. Prices and currency are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you agree to Creem’s terms and to recurring billing for subscription plans.
Orders that have not been activated can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase. If your purchase has been activated but cannot be used for technical reasons, contact support and we will resolve it case by case. We do not issue refunds for expired subscriptions or for licenses that were revoked due to violation or abuse. Refunds are handled through Creem.
You agree not to misuse the plugin, attempt to bypass license verification, abuse the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may throttle or block activity that harms the service or other users.
The plugin, its name, logos, and trademarks are the property of PixDesign and its licensors. You retain all rights to the artwork you create with the plugin; we do not claim ownership of your pixel-art content.
The plugin runs inside Figma and payments go through Creem. Their respective terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or revoke your license, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing to use the plugin. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability—remain in effect.
The plugin and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixDesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin in the 12 months before the claim.
