1. Who We Are

PixDesign is a pixel-art plugin for Figma. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process when you visit pixdesign.space, install or use the plugin, or purchase a Pro plan. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@pixdesign.space.

2. What Data We Collect and Why

We collect only the data needed to provide the plugin and fulfill your purchase:

• Figma User Identifier — the user ID obtained through Figma’s currentuser permission, used solely to issue, bind, and verify your license. We do not read your files, frames, or canvas content.
• License & Subscription Data — your plan (Lifetime, Pro Monthly, or Pro Yearly), license token, activation and revocation status, and expiry date. Stored in Tencent Cloud Makers Blob tied to your Figma user ID.
• Payment Data — payments are processed by our payment partner Creem. We receive an order ID, plan, billing email, and payment status, but we never receive or store your card number or other sensitive payment credentials.
• Website & Service Logs — standard server logs (IP address, request time, path) used to operate, secure, and diagnose the service. Aggregated logs are not used to identify you.
• Platform Voting — on our public pages you can vote for which native (macOS / Windows) apps you’d like us to build. To prevent duplicate votes we store a salted, one-way hash of your network address and a random anonymous voter identifier. The raw address is never retained, the hash cannot be reversed, and no choice is linked to you personally.

3. Cookies

We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies. The plugin and our public pages set no tracking cookies. The only cookies our service uses are: (a) a first-party, HttpOnly session cookie restricted to our internal admin panel (/admin), which is never issued to plugin users or visitors of the public pages; and (b) a first-party pd_voter cookie set only when you open or submit the platform-voting popover, which holds a random anonymous identifier (no personal data) used solely to remember that you have already voted.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Issue, activate, and verify your license, and revert it to the free tier when a subscription ends.
• Process payments and handle refunds through Creem.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Secure the service and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized license sharing.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@pixdesign.space. We respond within a reasonable time and delete your license records upon a verified request.

6. Data Retention

We keep license and subscription records only as long as your license is active or until you request deletion. Payment-related records are retained by Creem as required by payment and tax regulations, which we do not control.

7. Storage & Sub-processors

Your data is processed by the following service providers:

• Tencent Cloud EdgeOne — hosting and license storage (Makers Blob), which may process data in regions outside your country of residence.
• Creem — payment processing and billing records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only with these providers as necessary to operate the service or where required by law.

8. Security

License tokens are cryptographically signed, admin sessions use HttpOnly cookies, and access to backend data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards proportionate to the data involved.

9. Children

The plugin and website are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, which is always published at this URL.
